Fire kills germs on both at the same time. The only thing that crops up for us once in a while is at "Cousinfest". I guess I better explain that one. I'm the oldest of my generation on my Dad's side, and for the past 8 years, the 14 cousins have been getting together for a weekend in the summer at one cottage or another. Lots of assorted silliness, and knowing ALL the Monty Python sketches is a pre-requisite. Other thing that is a must is the Annual Group Skinnydip. We sign up for various meals and everyone takes a turn doing dishes, works well. Anyways, we have to watch the BBQ if we are cooking on it, because one of the cousins and her husband are vegetarians. I don't understand it, I side with Emeril "Pork fat Rules". But we can't have burgers bumping up against their tofu patties. We did BBQ portobello mushrooms one year and had that as an alternate to meat patties.
