Jay, I also believe that if their last quarter's guidance for this quarter falls short that SNDK will need to warn before earnings. There has been continued price erosion at retail which is great for the consumer, but bad for the SNDK investor. Also, the next quarter or two will be impacted by the start-up costs at Dominion. This could spell a significant downside to earlier projections. Also, my checks at the local retailers indicate that new product has not worked its way to store shelves yet. Let's hope they wrote off sufficient inventory last Q so as to avoid another "one time charge". Aus
