I made a major edit on my post, including a number of similar "high-insider" stocks. The insider selling in AMD is on par with e.g. Dell and significantly below that in NVDA.

It seems as if you are looking for a sure thing to invest in.
Perhaps you should invest in US Government backed securities of some sort.
