Current consensus for the qtr is $0.38. Says concerns regarding the European beef supply are persisting longer than company anticipated. 09:04 ET Schlumberger (SLB) 56.90: DB Alex. Brown upgrades to STRONG BUY from Buy based on the significant underperformance in the stock price year-to-date and belief that earnings estimates are starting to more fully reflect the impact of a slowdown in telecom activity. Firm increases price target to $79 from $78 based on a sum of the parts analysis.
