There are two separate areas in the crisis: gasoline prices and California power. They are unrelated. High gasoline prices is 1) not a problem in my opinion, and 2) will tend to even out over time. California's problem is real, but it is also California's problem. Nevertheless, their lack of vision is increasing the cost of electricity for most Americans.
