Why should the providers upgrade when they are seeing traffic declining? This is most damaging.

Edit: Just an added note, the price action for the COMPX has found at least temporary support at the area of the Sept 00 Falling SRL. See my chart for reference...

LG...the bounce you saw was a Wave B...
That bounce had to break 2068, but because it didn't, there has to be a pullback to at least 1973-1974.
But once we get to 1973-1974, the bounce could be 3X as large as the bounce you saw at 1992....
