Broadband for the masses would of prevented much of what is happening now<< And that's why we see nothing new. The only way the net will 'draw' is by providing a rich multi-media experience, full motion video, music (i know, i know) on and on...Cannot provide that without the infrastructure in place. And it's high time the "advertising" revenue model bit the dust. So funding has to come from user fees. And you won't get that without a product people are willing to pay for.
