<<...European carriers are not too happy with Nokia...>>

Some of the signs may be:

1. Nokia's recent claim that they were not the ones hyping 3G capabilities. (i.e. we're not to blame for this mess you are in).

2. GPRS handset delays.

3. GPRS data rates (or lack thereof).

4. Now obvious overstatements of wCDMA delivery timetable.

5. Bad mouthing of CDMA2000. (a sure sign the competition may be getting the carriers' ears).

6. Ericsson making it known that they have CDMA2000 infrastructure available (are they sensing a change in wind direction, or what?).

Are these the same carriers that experienced tremendous growth because Nokia provided them with gadgets that people wanted and therefore outstripped growth faster than Internet uptake or any other product in history?

You were told this theory by whom?

An then who told you about wireless suppliers alignment against Nokia?

There have been some very desperate comments (mud flinging) recently and it is not the WCDMA delays that have been reported in the press.

It is more likely the last gamble of the 'dastardly' CDG at work. Still hard at work leading people astray.

qcom management will be in Europe sometime this month talking to carriers, according to Mark Roberts; he predicted positive announcement this month. looks like your sources are confirming carrier unhappiness with Nokia.
