Thanks for the link to the full WR Hambrecht report. It took me forever to get through the whole thing, but was worth the effort.

They arrived at their $67 price target by valuing the different pieces of the business separately: QTL at $48; QCT ('spinco') at $15; QWS (wireless) at $1; the balance was cash.
