Yep, according to numerous evidences about limited
"stability" of AMD computing platforms, all stability
is a "gray area" for AMD, not only with DDR. So, formally
the salesman is correct. :) :)

From the digitimes article:

Barrier to whom? I read it as "a barrier to Intel"
of being competitive in mainstream PC market
when they are bounded by overly expensive Rambus
memory...

I think this is the only correct reading from the
Taiwanese article... :) :) :) :)
