A perfect example, Gore would love that! <g> While capitalism is fine economic evolutionary mechanism in a Darwin sense, it also has it's fault. An example that is the cell phones standards in the USA, it's a tower of babble. Sometimes the government has to use a little socialism and throw out worshiping of the hunt for the mighty dollar for the greater good of humanity.
