I think that article's a little bit too harsh. I don't see Allen complaining any more than Jordan did or Shaq is (or Kobe would if he felt he was being held). He is carrying his team, i mean he's scoring 35 points a game, getting them as energized as he can. His team is just incapable right now of being carried. Too tired, too injured, and too interested in "trying", and not enough in actually winning.

I mean try to remember how Shaq did with the Magic--he absolutely choked in the finals, and they got swept out in a series that they probably could have won. And he had anfernee hardaway next to him.

But yes, Allen needs to control his emotions, and learn to thrive on brains as much as pure energy--because the energy isn't always there, and he still needs to show up.
