Well, the Hitler Youth thing was kind of ballistic.....

For a lot of people, to make a remark about Jefferson that sounds like an unqualified attack is a pretty serious breach, tantamount to trying to discredit the Founding itself.....

It's rather a leap to go from disapproving of Jefferson's use of female slaves for sexual relief to asserting that anyone defending the Constitution is racist. Not so much a stretch as a cosmic-scale rack.

I agree, but it is also true that it has not been firmly established that Thomas Jefferson did have sex with any of his slaves. The evidence does point to the idea that at least some one in his family did but it may or may not have been him.
