Roebear: TA according to Tesco... My impression is from the standpoint of inexperience -- too many variables, too much history, I couldn't possibly give you or anyone a short-term opinion. -- You weren't asking anyway:)

LT view: The company owns the top drive market and the case-drilling tech looks promising. -- BTW: I'm to within $.02 of my mental stop loss. <:)

What I can say is this, I knew the swoon was going to happen, I knew this swoon season thing was going to cause a ruckus on the SI boards and I knew I was going to have to tolerate bearish API/AGA once a week, we go through this every year, don't we? What I didn't anticipate was the Canadian house of cards called Nortel; the papers are creamed with stories of lay-off. The only thing saving my butt, is the strengthening Canadian commodity dollar, and the possibility of some O&G service sector mergers -- we haven't had many of these this time around.

This past Monday, I had one of my co-workers repeat the mantra "Naz 1000" ten times, he finally sold Nortel this morning...
