I am not allowed to comment as per Silicon Investor. Tim Luke is not allowed to comment. I suspect the Count will not be allowed to comment. Two people who know quite a bit of information and have been willing to go public are not allowed to comment. However, that doesn't stop the information from coming in from various sources throughout the world. I guess you will just have to stay tuned for court documents. I think many will be shocked. Just remember the saying about webs and deception :-)
