AUDI REVEALS THEY "SECRETLY" USED DI TO WIN LEMANS!:

Read the June 25 story. If that story is no longer visible, choose the oldest story, scroll to the bottom, and go backwards from there using "previous article". Note only the factory team cars had DI. The cars sold to "privateers" had last year's FI engine. Here are great hi-res photos of the engine:

The same way the carburetor was pushed aside by FI, FI will be pushed aside by DI. Forget about fool-cells. Sure, they run clean. But that crowd fails to tell you the hydrogen was made from fossil fuels...and that conversion produced more emissions than saved by swapping the fool cell for the ICE. Once this dirty secret is out in the open, the fool-cell is toast.

"The double success of the Audi direct-injection racers also marks the start of a new era in spark-ignition engine technology: the use of FSI technology in Audi production vehicles is not far away."
