CPN, AES, REL, MIR, ILA - all interesting. think that they're good long term plays, but short term not particularly attractive. i think that the elec power problem will be peaking in year or two or so, and we will then have surplus of electricity, and the plant owners will be left with the cost of construction of the new plants they are building. kinda like oil at 10$/bbl - no one is drilling, at $30, everyone is, and more supply coming on. same with electricity perhaps. btw, have you looked at RAD lately - Rite Aid - has climbed from 2 bucks to almost 10. big turn around - and i think they're more to go. i bot back in the other day in low 9's. larry
