CPQ shifting to IT solutions per soruces at Lehman's. LUMT's primary focus now and opened a large office in Houston where CPQ has their headquarters. CPQ tried to buy PXCN about a month ago for 5.25 but was outbid on PXCN by Didata at 7.50. Niles to speak about this shift this afternoon.

But it is also a reverse split. 1 share for 1.1, a negative stock dividend. What is that good for?
