If Winnick and his gang deceived the shareholders yesterday, then there is simply nothing to counter, is there?

Not that my 2 cents make any difference, but I spoke to GX's "analyst" (the one they have on staff at the company) this morning. He made the following points:

1) The company met with all analysts, not some super secret private meeting w/ CSFB.

2) The concerns that CSFB raises were not addressed whatsoever in the meeting.

3) CSFB made its assumption based on "industry trends," not on anything said by management.

4) The management does not share the same view as the CSFB analyst.

5) Re: company saying something: the company said they were not sure what they were going to do about the statements by CSFB yet (I got the impression that they were working on something; usually they just say they are not going to comment, etc... this is the first time I've heard it sound like a pr was a possibility).
