I've never been to that part of the Gulf, but the real- estate is very pricey from what I understand.

But as ISH and I were discussing, there is only so much ocean front property. It's the case of supply and demand, and there must be a huge demand...all the "Snow Birds" move down to that part of Florida for the winter.
