Would that be because they are made up as we go along? I don't see Jenna's name mentioned once in the TOU. If she touts a paid site here on SI she is fair game as far as I'm concerned. Now point out to me in the TOU where it says that mentioning Jenna's name or her stock picks is harassment. I bring up the "harassing" because I know that is the excuse you will use.

I understand. Please feel free to answer my question via a private message. I will then post it in public. This will enable me to direct anyone to your answer when a post to me necessitates such an act. Your TOU and the application thereof is quite confusing to me. Thank you for clarifying this matter so that I will be able to follow the TOU in the ways that you plan to apply them to me.

Am I allowed to respond to this diatribe? Message 15955132 She has twice posted directly to me since you told her that she was not allowed to do so. You did not suspend her the first time but I am sure I would have been had I responded to her. Tim Luke was suspended for 2 weeks even though he didn't mention her name. He was then suspended for an additional week while on suspension when someone posted his thoughts about Jenna. I have plenty to say concerning that ridiculous post of hers but I need to know what juice I am allowed to wear! That post will come back to haunt her many times over in a court of law but for the record I should be allowed to make a public post. Also, Jenna has admitted to posting under more than one account. Don't you terminate most people for this... Message 15525608 Please tell me IN PUBLIC as to whether I am allowed to answer her diatribe. I expect her to be suspended as Tim Luke was suspended. I have no idea what I was suspended for so I don't put myself in that category. Also, Tim Luke and The Count should be allowed to respond. I don't know if you have given the same edict to The Count as you did to Tim. If so, she deserves a triple suspension.
