Kevin, the reverse split is not the point, nor is the recapitalization. It is a pretext to make everyone run their shares through a transfer agent to get new shares. It will cause a squeeze if there are a lot of naked shorts who didn't borrow actual shares before they shorted.

Otherwise it is basically irrelevant to the share price, value or business practices of AREM. The only relevant report coming now will be the next earnings report.

Everything else is cheap melodrama. Thanks to SI's wonderful Ignore button, I tune out most of it.
