Now, now, do I detect a hint of sarcasm? <vbg> As somewhat of a non sequitor, I loved it when I found out that the power marketers in Cali electrons could not only raise prices by withholding production, they could also gain extra profits by jamming too much juice onto the grid and force the Cal ISO to pay them off to cut it out! Talk about getting you coming and going, oi! Do you have a title for the NYTimes article? I'd like to read it on the screen.... -Ray
