JDSU, CSCO, AMAT, EMC are on my buy-list. LU is not, never has been, and won't be (no matter what valuation they reach). Within a few years of forming, companies develop a "company culture", which usually never changes. Well, maybe sometimes they have a "near-death" experience that transforms them, but usually companies prefer to run themselves into the ground rather than change their habitual methods. LU's culture was formed when it was part of T. They inherited some bad genes, and there isn't any way to fix a genetic defect.
