I made this point on the AREM thread before - when you deal with the Balkans, you have to know how complex the game really is. Idiots who take things at face value get screwed. I have spent six years in this culture and know how it works (i ja govorim lokalni jezik bez problema cak kao stranac). Presumaly Jacobs is banking on a certain election outcome where the victors will feel bold enough to clarify the contract situation. I am damn glad I am leaving the Balkans for good in August. Seen enough of this crap to last a lifetime.
