Fund managers have to adjust their holdings. In this case they had to add Duramed.

The addition to the Russell 3000 does not appear to be enough to account for a 500% increase from average volume. I heard did that Sturza's medical newsletter had favorable comment and perhaps his subscribers were of sufficient quantity. However some very large block crossed the wire today indicative of institutional interest. Certainly this is the sector to be in for quite some time. There are so many possible positives. Upper teens look very promising!
