ild,

I also miss MB's thoughts on stocks trading at uncommon values. I have been looking around and it is hard to find some good values these days. I did buy a first third of OST the other day, as it is trading at recession levels.

ild, Millions may not stop me, as then I'll want my billions, and, hey,who says an individual can't have a trillion? <g> But my best hope is that my firm eventually will grow comfortable enough with me to realize that I do not say illegal things without a good reason. <VBG> I actually had this situation when I started at the last mutual fund company. They were scared to death that I was too "high profile" and too much of a "risk taker." After a couple of years and a few months of outperformance, their attitudes had turned 180 degrees and they started thinking that I was too conservative and didn't push the product hard enough when I felt the market was grotesquely overpriced. They were "Mr. Chicken" at the bottom and had a lot of whiskey courage at the tippety top. I think this new firm I'm with has those same sorts of characteristics. Once I start making them tons of money, they will gain confidence in my discretion and the strategies I am using now. That will probably be my signal to look for different strategies. <VBG>
