Most U.S. Citizens have never been actually subject to the income tax

In consideration of:

our reasonable actions to fully comply with the WHOLE manifestation of the [tax] law;

the power of the fact that the Secretary has stated in the "source rules" that only 26 CFR §1.861-8 to -14T govern the Rules determining U.S. Sources;

the complete absence of any mention of U.S. Sources in relationship to U.S. Citizens living within the U.S.;

and; the Secretary stating that any income excluded from (denied entry in) the law meets the definition of "exempt income" (26 CFR §1.861-8T(d)(2)(ii)(A));

NITE has reached and executed the conclusion that most U.S. Citizens have never been actually subject to the income tax as they never made "Gross income" short of uninformed and naked claims of employers and payors on W-2 and 1099 forms, and claims of the IRS which lack in the support of any legally valid evidence.

Petition to Supreme Court reveals existence of concealed wage tax

Courts and Justice Department conspire to allow government collection of unconstitutional tax

Is the income tax on wages an illegal extortion racket? Irwin Schiff has filed a Petition of Certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court. He claims that he has uncovered evidence that Congressional treachery from 1943 enables the federal government to justify deducting an unconstitutional tax on your wages. Whether or not the high court ever hears the petition may be up to you.
