Sam, Thanks for the article title, and yes, Ron Wyden is my Senator and I find him to be excellent. As far as your cynical view that the prices have plummeted in the California energy market immediately after AG Bill Lockyer threatened Ken Lay with a state sanctioned sodomy session, well, I can't imagine the two are anything more than a coincidence. <vbg> The Texas boys knew just how far they could push things. Now that they've collected the entire California state surplus and are really starting to piss people off, they'll back down and be meek as sheep. What a wonderful game. :) Best, Ray
