No, the BLS takes that into account with hedonic pricing... making prices look like they fall much more than they REALLY do, as many mainstream economist actually believe... where have you been?

Also, I wouldn't trust Canada's numbers either the way the subsidize health care.... of course who cares health care, it's only 10% of the CPI! LOL, it's so outmoded.
