<<the only elements I fear are those which are flammable, toxic, radioactive or come formed in the shape of bullets, axes etc>>

We are on the opposite. The things you did mention I don't fear except radioactive. What I really fear is the lost balance in economics of this world. If you want to think global you cannot have only one sector prospering - not enough buyers for your products proved this already. Overcapacity proved that too. Try to think about all needless pollution, wasted energy, broken hopes of young scientists facing massive lay-offs just when they bought houses, started families. What was the reason for bringing the gold to the present level and facing now a time bomb in derivatives? Maybe for you hundreds of thousands of miners around the world mean nothing, but the "NEW" economy is paying its price and it is a beginning only now. What was the reason for ignoring the energy sector? the list can go on. Free market always wins, morons like communists, Clinton and AG always exist.
