Management seems to have given up on growing the company. If the deal was to be voted down, I am not sure the CEO will be leading us into the promise land. Would love to throw him out and the entire BOD and get someone who can capitalize on the Comstruct product. Unfortunately, I am afraid our future is now linked to the refloating of the Titanic (MOT)! Chris ... PS: Still waiting for our proxies. Received a second call from the company hired by BWSI to follow up on the proxy mailing. Wonder if they would keep calling if they knew we were likely to vote no on the deal???
