With all of the junk that NT will be writing-off, it would be interesting to have a look at the acquisition proposals that Roth submitted to NT's Board of Directors to see what type of returns were projected. Roth will be gone by next April, and it does not appear that he is being held accountable. The Board of Directors will not hold themselves accountable.

Alcatel's current commercial where the baseball player refers to "the bad break," I hope that is not something ominous about Alcatel.

Well, I think that we will all be in trouble for some time to come.

Even my cat knows that NT had less then 2% market in access, where ALA over 50% .
Why NT shuld be in access if they can not win with ALA,Siemens or Cisco?
You could also ask why 3COM exited enterprise market?
