i'll have to search for the url...made a note of it, i'll post it here as soon as i've found it. likewise for plastic delinquencies. note, late payments don't necessarily mean default resulting in foreclosure...in fact the ratio of delinquencies to foreclosures is about 15 to 1, as the lenders hate ending up with the properties in a weak market, and generally seek to make alternative payment arrangements with the borrowers. but the sharp increase in delinquencies that could be observed so far this year is a big warning shot.
