Yeah, I got one. Short it ASAP if not before now. -g-

The tech economy is dying right under 'our' noses ... some saw it long before now, and many didn't.

And still don't.

Got real estate in 'tech centers?'

Dump it as fast as you can.

Buy 'growth?'

LOL.

Nothing's 'growing,' except the horror of further devastating losses for the 'majority.'

The SI 'Layoff Count' thead should be bookmarked by everyone in or lurking in this entire SI community, if you ask me.

Of course, you didn't. -g/ng-

Qualifier: I went to all cash in May ... ALL cash. No MFs, stocks, bonds even in IRAs. Have been playing QQQ options on a daily basis for about two weeks. Don't hold anything even overnight.

Many telecom cos ain't gonna make it ... period. Does anyone here want to discuss this?

Perhaps there are other threads besides this one where people might -- at minimum -- acknowledge this 'possibility.'

If any of you know of these threads, besides the CFZ, which is great, IMO -- some smart folks over there -- what are they?

PS to 'LG,' founder of this thread ... I'm sorry if my post doesn't 'conform' to your intention as to what the course of discussion should be regarding the 'fundamental core values' of this place. As just another retail investor who happens to live in -- and have a totally tech-based career in -- one of the formerly 'hot' tech centers/incubators in this country, what I see is not merely alarming, but hair-raising.

Best Regs to all, now ...
