House five doors down just sold for 72,000 over ask (and this is only on a 200,000 dollar house, so that is a 30% premium). Bidding war between 11 people. I am desperately tempted to monetize my gains...but my wife just stares at me blankly and slightly turns her head when I broach the subject.

Gee am I glad I am playing this one with leap puts.
It refuses to crack.

Can that be the catalyst?
Back to even on my PUTs after a failed breakout taking it to 85.
Is FNM going to put in a higher range 80-90 or is the old channel of 75-82 still valid.

My intent was to play the 75-82 channel and close the puts at 76.
This is a nice % gain cause FNM puts are pretty cheap.
Any thoughts.
