Yea, I once worked with Julie Fouquet's husband and found that he repeatedly violated company policy. After taking a leave of absence he told me he would not have hired me back if he knew I was pregnant! Much much later, when he had his own children apparently with this Agilent employee, he seemed to finally recognize his sexual discrimination against women engineers. So I am not at all surprised he might have broken American law by preventing his wife from pursuing her civil obligations.
Hopefully, this has no affect on the value of Agilent.
