Joel, that is one of the dumbest trends in the industry. Hey, if you can't make money on a $50,000 account, think "cut useless overhead in New York." Don't cut customers. It is like GM saying they will only sell to Cadillac buyers. Heck, there aren't that many of them and they tend not to live long after you land them. Whereas the Chevy buyer is younger and could possibly own 10 Caddies in his lifetime if his or her career goes well and they are happy with their first Chevys. <g> Besides, this sounds corny, but I think we have an obligation to help folks and those with $10 million aren't the only ones who need help. But don't get me wrong. I won't hang up on many $10 million callers. <g>
