Zeev: One prognosticator who pretty much agrees with you is FORBES columnist Phil Fisher. Has called this just a big bear bounce and sees a final bottom in August/September. His reasoning is strange though. Says a real bull would have stocks and bonds rallying together. Since that has not happened, the bear is still in place according to his logic.
