If Gore kept his close ties with $500,000++ OXY ALL during his 8 year tenure, as well as his campaign.....why isn't it OK for someone else to have a lesser amount of another stock....WHAT is your point?

I have to disagree here. A single meeting [with unknown substance] is insufficient to claim the actions are unethical. It wasn't very bright to have the meeting with Intel, especially given the size of the position; it does give an impression of impropriety, but that's it at this point.
