Have you noticed who did better in that last economic surge? You might refer to an earlier post of Neocon on this thread that quite correctly made the point that various countries do better in terms of economic growth at various times in history. Looking at the short list of countries he discusses, it's clearly independent of labor union participation. So, who did better or worse at a specific period of time in the last economic surge isn't relevant. The actual point being made with the post, was that the original question was inane. You can change the subject as you did, but the original question is still inane for the reasons cited. jttmab
