I think under the circumstances...You could probably tell them to shove a NON-compete up their ^ss. Doubt it would hold up? They wouldn't bother.

I suspect Impristine's more right than he knows. <snicker> But a deal's a deal. I agreed to it so I'm sticking to it unless I'm told I don't have to.

I don't remember what the NC terms were for INSP. And I'm even less sure it's binding, since no consideration was given for it. But it's not a big concern to me in particular because I have no intention of competing in wireless. The NC I've been referring to (and suspect Impristine is) is with Investors Hub. That expires in November unless something changes.
