On TNN this am they were promoting a stainless steel ring with vanes that if you put it over your carburetor or in your air intake for fuel injection it would disrupt the air flow. This causes the air to mix with the fuel for a better burn and yes, 20% fuel savings with an added 20 horse power. Only $75.

One guy was giving a testimonial that once he heard about "the Tornado" it was a no brainer. Finally, truth in advertising.
