I am not going to comment on the majority of your post since I have yet to receive permission to respond to the diatribes of yesterday.

However, the words "scrupulously honest" stick out like a sore thumb.

Were you scrupulously honest when you said on June 1, 2001 that you were not a moderator on the Pristine chat site?

Do you not know how to send a private message? Click on the link. I received several private messages last night.

I will post your private message in a public forum, though because you solicited me in public to participate in the profits of Pristine and I am STILL trying to find out details.

Such as:

Do Oliver and Greg own The Executioner?
If so, there is a duty to disclose this information. Since you are a moderator for Pristine, receive free access which will surely have to be included on your tax form as income , and have solicited me to participate in the profits resulting from trading securities based on "recommendations" from Pristine's chat site - I AM ASKING YOU TO ANSWER THE QUESTION.

Hi Lee,
As you may remember, I was Trader 1 on Pristines site with you and Jenna for a few weeks recently. During that time I asked you and Jenna both directly why you never once actually made a "CALL" but rather took credit for triggers even if they were several days old.
You told me that Pristine had bought out Jenna and told me that each subscriber has access to the watch list and can buy or sell upon those recomendations on her lists. I presume if anyone gave out 10 stocks a day, eventually at least one would trigger and move up or down into a trading zone. This may however explain the mass antagonism she encounters here, as she is always boasting about all the $ being made in hindsight, which simply smaks of false advertizing for the paid site. In my years on SI and weeks at Pristine, I never once remember her actually placing a call on any one stock.
Not sure if this helps matters any, but just my 10 cents worth on recent issues.
Regards,
S
