If TT decides to set a deadline then he must stick to it and anyone that does not invest is outta luck. He HAS to have a deadline to force the issue for the balance of funding.We must be in production by the rainy season coming up, 3 million plant regardless, unless of course it is no longer profitable. The company has never been farther from bankrptcy in the three years that I have followed it. Keith, if you have proof of that in the form of a binding contract that's one thing. All I have to go on is the now rare rumour of Kevins "good intentions" without any details and a steady stream of financial statements that practically scream we are broke, we have no assurance of further financing, we may go out of business tomorrow! As Douglas pointed out, if someone wants more than the principals are willing to give, it is their problem. That is if we have enough money to go forward. Is it Kevin that is holding out for more? Has he signed a contract? Is the money in escrow? Inquiring minds want to know, at least mine does, Jon. PS: This questioning must be frustrating for you. Surely your ability to speak on Kevins and/or MYNG's behalf is limited. I don't want to make you mad, I just want to know. If you can't say, it's okay with me.
