FWIW: Martin, I think this down turn doesn't stop until Greenspan stops lowering interest rates. If he continues to lower rates, more bad news is over the horizon. If he stops and we get negative GDP, then we can look for a recession. In this case the recession is not over until the Government, Bush, says we are in a recession, 1970's thinking.<GG> If this next FMOC meeting does not lower rates, look for a major selloff that will form the bottom for the next Bull.
