Hawk, I wonder about all that too. There are no easy answers, if there are any answers. But its not just a case of the 'left' or the 'right' making a mistake. Its a case of a major failure of the system. Things that had worked fairly well for decades were ruined. Just how is going to be a discussed for years. But I live in LA and we don't have a major problem yet. Its a city run Water and Power scheme and it, with all its minor problems, is doing just fine.....even if the guys do take flex time. regards
