Hi rolatzi, It's a tricky subject. Some may even say there will be no tanking of real estate. If past recessions are anything to go by R.E will get hit.. but of course there is no recession -g- All I can suggest is... keep an eye open on patrons new thread for ideas one way or the other. Subject 51347 I don't think any mad rush on decisions needs to be made. I going to buy some poots in FNM over several months. Patron has some other R.E related stocks on his thread. pearly.
