Les Horowitz: Isn't NDX still within the 4/17-18 gap?

That's how it played out on my screen. The NDX began to fill its 4/17-18 gap-up (daily bars) last Thursday, then with Friday's "opening" gap-down the follow through momentum dropped the price action below the 4/17-18 gap then rallied back up to fill Friday's "opening" gap-down followed by what for the most part was sideways trading action inside the 4/17-18 gap-up, closing just a little above the lower boundary. The 4/17-18 gap-up has been filled for the NDX and the QQQ. However, the Naz Comp for the most part bounced (with a little dip into the gap) right at the upper boundary of the 4/17-18 gap-up.

I am not sure what you are talking about regarding the high price of 1714 of two days earlier.

Les Horowitz: You did note, that the remarks and chart linked in the post of mine you responded to was about the NASDAQ Composite Index and not the NASDAQ 100 Index?
