fed continues to cut rates. nov 6 is supposed to cut 50 bp. then on dec 11 maybe another 25 bp. currently from bloomberg, these are the rates:

15 year mortgage 5.64

30 year mortgage 6.11

with the above coming cuts, we might see the 15 yr at 5.00 by mid jan 2002. i hope so.

i wonder if my new ggi idea will be accepted. it could be the start of a new plan. it's going to take some patience and planning. good luck to yourself Saju.
